I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Master of Science from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

I see therapy as a space to verbalize your experiences, sort through them, and connect them to feelings in order to begin the process of change and foster self awareness. I prioritize doing this without judgment so my clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I am also the kind of therapist who offers helpful insight and doesn't just sit back and listen, who can help you to see the role you play in your own life and aid your personal growth. Clients and colleagues have described me as warm, empathetic, and direct.

My approach is informed by my training in psychodynamic/ psychoanalytic therapy, marriage and family therapy (family systems theory) and attachment theory.

I work with individuals and couples on issues like:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • PTSD

  • ADHD

  • Self Esteem

  • Women’s Issues

  • Family and life transitions

  • Relationships, ending of relationships, history of trauma in relationships

  • Couples
